The History
Klassen Insurance Professionals LLC is a full-line, independent insurance agency located in Jackson, MN. The agency was originally founded in 2003 by Mark Wheeler and transitioned to Klassen Insurance Professionals in 2020 when it was purchased by Heather Klassen, office manager since 2004.
The agency staff is well-known and respected in the area for their expertise in all aspects of the insurance business. Whether it’s home, farm, auto, life, health or business insurance, the experts at Klassen Insurance Professionals LLC can help make sure you are covered properly.
As independent agents, Donna and Heather will do the shopping for you, comparing rates with different companies to ensure that you are getting the best coverage at the right price. The Team
Heather Klassen is the owner and president of Klassen Insurance Professionals LLC. Heather started her insurance career in 2002 as a life insurance agent and joined Complete Insurance Services, Inc, in Jackson in 2004. She served as agent/office manager for nearly 17 years before purchasing and rebranding the agency in 2020. Heather grew up in Jackson and moved back to the area after college to raise her family.
She has been insurance licensed since 2002 in life & health and 2004 in property/casualty. Heather is a MNSure-certified health insurance broker and specializes in health insurance and Medicare, though she works with all lines of insurance. Heather and her husband, Tim, live north of Jackson. They have five children. When she’s not working, Heather enjoys traveling, theater, politics and fitness, as well as spending time with her family
Donna Damm joined Complete Insurance Services, Inc., in 2009, and transitioned to Klassen Insurance Professionals with Heather in 2020. Donna is a lifelong resident of southern Minnesota, growing up in Heron Lake. She and her husband, David, are active farmers in Jackson County and live on their third-generation family farm.
Donna is licensed in property/casualty and life/health insurance, but her specialty is personal lines auto and homeowners/farm insurance. If you know Donna, you know that she is the number one fan of the Minnesota Twins. She also coaches swim team and enjoys playing pool, as well as spending time with her large family.
